About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to tryrapvideo.com and the features made available through it. TryRapVideo is an independent project operated by an individual. “TryRapVideo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that individual operator. You can contact us at support@tryrapvideo.com.
By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use it. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains payment-related requests. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
What is available now
TryRapVideo is in public beta. Signed-in users can submit photo-and-text or text-only rap video requests, follow their progress, and download completed videos from their private library. Starter, Creator and Pro subscriptions are available with monthly or annual billing through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Credits are issued monthly after payment confirmation, including on annual plans. Manage billing and cancel renewal from account settings. Generation time and creative results vary. Review every completed video before sharing; example concepts are not guarantees of an identical result.
Example media illustrates creative concepts and is not a guarantee that your request will produce the same result. Starter, Creator and Pro subscriptions can be purchased from our pricing section through Stripe Checkout. Review the selected plan, price, billing interval, and included credits before authorizing payment. No payment is required to browse templates or prepare a draft; submitting a generation request uses the displayed credit quote.
The available features and purchase terms are described on the website and at checkout. We will update the relevant terms when availability or payment processing materially changes.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use TryRapVideo. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not use another person’s account or bypass access restrictions.
Your photos, lyrics, and other content
You retain whatever rights you hold in your submitted content. You must own or have all necessary permissions to use any photo, likeness, lyrics, music, trademark, or other material you provide. Obtain permission from each identifiable adult depicted in a photo. Do not submit photos of minors or content that exposes someone else’s private information without permission.
If you submit content to an available service, you grant only the rights reasonably needed to process your request, deliver that service, provide requested support, and enforce these terms. This does not give us an unrestricted right to advertise with your photos or publish them as examples. Promotional use requires separate permission. Submitting a generation request uploads the relevant photos, prompt or lyrics, and settings to the service for processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use TryRapVideo to:
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights, including through unlicensed lyrics, recordings, beats, photos, or artist identities.
- Impersonate a real person, clone a person’s voice without authorization, imply an endorsement that does not exist, or present synthetic media as a genuine recording of someone.
- Create non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers children.
- Defame, threaten, stalk, harass, discriminate against, or expose private information about a person. A “Savage” or roast setting does not permit invented factual accusations or targeted abuse.
- Facilitate fraud, deceptive advertising, unlawful activity, or misleading political impersonation.
- Distribute malware, attack the service, bypass security or usage limits, or abuse trials, accounts, payment systems, or promotions.
Friendly roasts and birthday messages still require appropriate permission and respect for the person depicted. You remain responsible for how you use or share any material.
AI outputs and commercial use
AI-generated results, when available, may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or similar to other outputs. Review any result before sharing or relying on it, and identify synthetic media where required by law or the platform on which you publish it.
We do not promise that an AI output is copyrightable, exclusive, free from third-party claims, or suitable for every purpose. A plan that permits commercial use does not grant rights in another person’s likeness, a brand, copyrighted music, or other third-party material. Any commercial-use permission is subject to the actual plan, applicable model or provider terms, and rights you must obtain independently. Buying a subscription does not by itself clear those third-party rights.
TryRapVideo does not claim endorsement by any artist, record label, model developer, or third-party platform. A descriptive reference to an external product does not imply an official relationship.
Prices, credits, and subscriptions
Starter, Creator and Pro are paid generation subscriptions with monthly or annual billing. The selected offer and checkout show the price, currency, billing interval, included credits, available features, and any applicable taxes before payment. Annual subscriptions are charged the full annual amount shown at checkout; an equivalent monthly price is a comparison, not a monthly payment schedule.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval unless canceled before renewal. Included credits are issued monthly after payment confirmation, including for annual subscriptions; the full year's credits are not issued upfront. Paid benefits become available after the payment and credit grant are confirmed. If confirmation is delayed, check the payment status or contact support before attempting another purchase.
Only one subscription can be active per account at a time. Self-service changes between plans or billing intervals are not currently offered; contact support about such requests. Use account billing to manage your existing subscription and payment method or cancel renewal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period and does not itself refund a previous charge. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
A credit allowance is a service entitlement, not money held in an account, and is not transferable or redeemable for cash except where required by law. Generation reserves the quoted credits on submission. Credits are returned on confirmed generation failure; an unresolved provider result remains reserved while its status is checked. Videos are retained for 90 days, so download copies you want to keep.
Payment providers
Current subscriptions are sold by TryRapVideo and payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Stripe collects and processes payment details; TryRapVideo provides the generation service, subscription benefits, billing support, and refund review. Your checkout and receipt identify the transaction details. If an earlier purchase identified a different seller or provider, the purchase terms and records for that transaction still apply.
Our service terms do not override mandatory consumer protections or the applicable seller’s purchase terms. Product and service support remains available at support@tryrapvideo.com.
Delivery, cancellation, and refunds
TryRapVideo provides digital services, not shipped physical goods. Subscription credits are delivered to your account after payment confirmation and then on the monthly schedule included in your plan. Generated videos are delivered through your private library when processing completes. We do not guarantee a generation time, export format, or storage duration that is not part of an available offer.
Payments are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law and exceptional circumstances reviewed by support. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full process, including non-delivery, technical problems, duplicate charges, and subscription cancellation.
Content concerns and rights complaints
To report an infringement, unauthorized likeness, or other content concern, email support@tryrapvideo.com. Include the page or content URL, a description of the concern, the rights involved, your contact details, and information supporting your authority to raise it. We may request clarification and may remove or restrict material while reviewing a report. Do not submit knowingly false complaints.
Service changes and suspension
We may maintain, change, or discontinue beta features. We may restrict content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, security risks, fraud, or a legal obligation. If a paid service is materially affected, applicable purchase terms and mandatory rights still apply; suspension does not automatically remove a legally required remedy.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or a particular creative outcome. You are responsible for maintaining copies of material you need and for reviewing content before publication.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Any limitations are subject to mandatory consumer protections.
Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies the latest version. We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required by law. A change does not retroactively remove mandatory rights or an agreed remedy for an earlier purchase.
If you have a concern, contact support@tryrapvideo.com so that we can try to resolve it. Applicable law and the forum for a dispute are determined under the rules that legally apply to the parties; these terms do not waive mandatory rights in your home jurisdiction.
